mobEE featured at School Board Environmental Reps Assoc Meeting
Evolve Builders co-founder Chris Vander Hout invited speaker at regional gathering of School Board Environmental Representatives Association (Ontario).
Repeating a talk originally conceived for Grade 4/5 students housed in mobEE classrooms to link to curriculum units on energy, Chris spoke to what about mobEE is “natural,” healthy and efficient and why.
With attendees including (virtually) Elanor Waslander of Ontario EcoSchools together with many board representatives, there was much interest about mobEE…so much so that Chris and mobEE have already received invites to visit directly with facilities and construction managers from other boards eager to examine opportunities for mobEE modular classrooms for themselves. In preparation, Evolve has been developing additional capacity in order to respond to rapidly increasing queries from educators, parents and administrators at public and first nation’s school districts across the province.
