We renovated this conventionally-built home to give it a sleek, modern elegance using strictly natural, clean / non-off-gassing materials.
We were able to salvage much of the existing structure of this original home, thus reducing unnecessary waste.
The exterior renovations undertaken incorporated a modernizing combination of plaster and corrugated metal, handcrafted solid wood doors, efficient inline fibreglass windows.
The interior finishes included a finished concrete floor and tongue and groove ceiling.
